Doves are a symbol of peace and love. I wanted to paint something that embodied them both. I like to imagine that as this dove flaps its wings it is spreading peace and love out. I hope you like it. It always surprises me how these canvases are transformed from blank white into something beautiful. I believe that we have blessings given to us each moment of the day, but we often don't recognize them. Simple things like the air we breath. We take it for granted, but blessings are flowing to us all the time. In the same way, we can distribute blessings. We can open our mouths and encourage someone. We can choose to be kind and react generously. We can take whatever we are offended by in others and start a conversation by asking them to help us understand why they think and feel the way they do. I hope this encourages you to take action that will allow you to be a conduit today for blessings to flow from your mouths and actions. It will change the world around you.
